Rates & Reservations

Breakfast is complimentary with your stay at The Station Inn.

Extended Stays: Guests who are in for four days pay half rate for the fourth day. The fifth day is free for those staying five days. Guests who book multiple day stays will receive a 12.5% discount on the second and subsequent multiple day visits that are booked in the same calendar year.

Inquire about special discounts for groups. Discounts may not be combined.

Charges may be paid with cash or personal check. The Inn does not honor credit cards. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Children, ages eight and over, are welcome.

Check-in: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Check-out: 12:00 noon

No accommodations for pets.
Cats in residence.

Limited R/V camping space available; includes breakfast and access to the porch and common room. Contact us for more information.

Our rates will increase 9.5% on January 1, 2009. However, during January and February, 2009, all multiple day reservations will receive a 50% off-season discount. Reservations booked prior to Jan 1, 2009 will be billed at the above 2008 rate.

TRP Subscriber Discount

Subscribers of The Railroad Press receive a 12.5% discount when staying at The Inn two or more days. Just present your TRP mailing label when checking in. A 12.5% discount on a two day stay works out to about $21 and that amount will actually pay for a one year subscription to TRP. A subscriber would save over $30 on a three day stay.

Rail Traffic Guarantee

If rail traffic averages less than one train per hour for the duration of your stay, you will receive a rebate of 50% off your room bill.

Reservation Policy

Single night reservations are accepted for Sunday through Thursday. For those wishing to stay on Friday or Saturday, a two night minimum stay is necessary.

The two nights can be Thursday and Friday, Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday. However, Friday and Saturday single night reservations are accepted after Tuesday if rooms are available.

Room reservations may be forfeited if not reconfirmed five days before the scheduled arrival day. Reconfirmation is not necessary if a $50 deposit has been made. All October reservations require a $50 deposit to hold your room.

Policies and Guidelines

The Inn's guidelines are the result of hosting hundreds of railfans. Our focus is simple: Offer clean, comfortable lodging and tasty breakfasts for rail enthusiasts. The guidelines help us maintain reasonable rates and provide our guests with attractive, pleasant rooms.

Serious railfanning can be a muddy or greasy experience. We ask that guests examine their shoes before entering The Inn, and suggest that you bring an extra pair of shoes just for in-house use. A surcharge may be levied if grease or creosote is tracked into your room.

All suites and the Common Room are designated as NO SMOKING areas. Cigarette smoking is permitted only in the Garden and on the porch. Cigar smoking only in the Garden. Cooking is not permitted in the rooms.
