Overnight Packages

Perfect for Guys/Girls weekends, bachelor/bachelorette parties, arts/crafts/gaming/puzzle weekends, family reunions, etc.

Package includes 2 night stay at The Station Inn Bed & Breakfast, use of our Yard Office Lounge event space for your group activity for a full day event, two family-style breakfasts, & event coordination support.

  • Whole Facility - $4000 per weekend
    • Max 26 people
    • Full B&B rental exclusive to your group
    • Includes one day use of the bar and lounge area
    • Includes Friday & Saturday night overnight accommodations - Other arrangements possible, please contact us.
  • Partial Facility - $225/person
    • Available for groups of 6-10 people
    • Includes one day use of the bar and lounge area
    • Includes Friday & Saturday night overnight accommodations - Other arrangements possible, please contact us.
  • Package Includes:
    • The facility will be available for set up and clean up 30 minutes before and after your event
    • Furniture setup and cleaning fee
    • Event coordination support

Event

Perfect for parties, showers, receptions, catered meals, wakes/funerals, etc. that don’t require or include overnight accommodations at The Station Inn Bed & Breakfast.

Package includes use of lounge and bar areas.

  • Full Day Event - $700 for the day
  • Partial Day Event - $300 for the first 3 hours
    • $60/hour for each additional hour
  • Package includes:
    • The facility will be available for set up and clean up 30 minutes before and after your event
    • Furniture setup and cleaning fee
    • Event coordination support

Meeting

Perfect for a non-profit board meeting, historical societies, craft or gaming club meetings, etc.

Package includes use of lounge area only.

  • Pricing: 
    • $130 for first 1.5 hour
    • $40 each additional hour
    • Include use of bar area - $20 additional per hour
  • Package includes:
    • The facility will be available for set up and clean up 30 minutes before and after your event
    • Furniture setup and cleaning fee
    • Event coordination support
    • No food service / no food served

Event Coordination

  • Our event coordinator will work with you to learn your vision for your event.
  • Once we understand your needs, we will develop the rental agreement and obtain $50 security deposit.
  • We can suggest and even coordinate caterers or other vendors that might be needed for your event.
  • We'll ensure the space is set up according to your needs.
  • We will coordinate with vendors to access the space for set-up or tear-down.
  • And, we are available by phone for questions as needed.
