The Yard Office’s lounge area features multiple seating areas, and can be configured for business meetings as well. The lounge area regularly features works from our Artist-in-Residence.
EVENT RENTAL Packages
Our Yard Office Lounge is now available for your group or private event. We offer group booking packages and event rental packages to make your event a great experience.
Event Coordination Services
- Our event coordinator will work with you to learn your vision for your event.
- Once we understand your needs, we will develop the rental agreement and obtain $50 security deposit.
- We can suggest and even coordinate caterers or other vendors that might be needed for your event.
- We’ll ensure the space is set up according to your needs.
- We will coordinate with vendors to access the space for set-up or tear-down.
- And, we are available by phone or email for questions as needed.
Overnight Packages
Perfect for Guys/Girls weekends, bachelor/bachelorette parties, arts/crafts/gaming/puzzle weekends, family reunions, etc.
Package includes 2 night stay at The Station Inn Bed & Breakfast, use of our Yard Office Lounge event space for your group activity for a full day event, two family-style breakfasts, & event coordination support.
