This is the BEST Rail-Fan B&B EVER! (And I'm the wife of a rail fan) The inn is quiet and immaculately clean. The hostess treated us like family (and we had wags from Sid, the Station Inn Dog. Joshua, who assisted with breakfasts, also treated us as family. I just can't say enough about how wonderful they are. We had a room facing the tracks, and could hear and watch trains all night. The room had comfortable beds, blankets and pillows, and again, was immaculately clean! The Inn has a huge front porch with chairs and a long ledge-type bar on which to place your coffee! The porch also has a scanner, so you can listen in on conversations between the engineers and tower. Everyone who stayed was friendly, with a comradery that you only get with rail fans. Thank you, Station Inn, for a wonderful weekend!
