Black River & Western Suite

The Black River & Western suite is a two-room suite on the 2nd Floor, featuring two twin beds in each room. The Norfolk Southern mainline is visible from one of the two rooms. This suite also includes a private bathroom & shower. A roll-out cot is available for a fifth guest, please call ahead.

The Black River & Western is a shortline railroad in New Jersey, where founder Tom Davis spent many years as a volunteer, working on BR&W’s steam locomotive, No. 60.

All twin beds are 39 X 80 XL’s. Queen beds are 59 X 80.  Each room is named for historic north-eastern railroads, and decorated accordingly.

The Station Inn is a different kind of B&B. Close to a busy railroad, our inn offers a pleasant escape from everyday distractions. The climate in Cresson, PA is mild with average temperatures ranging from 54-79 degrees Fahrenheit in summer months and 16-36 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter. Ceiling fans, oscillating fans, and space heaters are available in all rooms.

The Station Inn is unable to accommodate youngsters under the age of ten.
