Our front door was recently updated with a keypad lock. One day before your arrival, you will receive an email containing a lock code for our front door. You will need this code to enter the building. Codes are activated beginning at 3pm on your scheduled check-in date and deactivated at 11am on your check-out date.  You’ll need to share this code with others in your party, especially for those arriving for a late check-in.

How to Use our Keyless Lock

• Find your PIN code in the email you received the day before you were scheduled to arrive.
• If someone else in your party made the reservation, you’ll need to contact them for the PIN code.
• Enter the four digits one at a time, by pressing firmly. You will hear a quick “beep” after each number is entered.
• If you’ve entered all four correctly, the lock will beep a few times, and the light will flash, and you can open the door.
• You do NOT need to enter * or #, only the four digits.
